Is It Possible That Neutrogena Broke Into My House?

When my Mother in Law moved in with us a while back, we had to move things around to accommodate the situation. One of those changes was me taking over a guest bathroom.

Occasionally when people stay, toiletries will get left behind. Without divulging too much about myself, I’ll tell you I shave in the shower. I rigged up this shower with everything like I had in the master bath. A mirror and a small rack for toothpaste, tooth brush and razor.

Somewhere along the way a tube of Neutrogena Sensitive Skin Shaving Cream showed up in the tray where that sort of stuff goes. I don’t consider myself a sissy boy with sensitive skin, but I rubbed a small daub of it on my face one time and the shaving experience was quite nice.

I kept using it instead of the old Cremo brand I got hooked on a few years ago. The Neutrogena really works better than Cremo in my opinion. Cremo really seemed overpriced anyway. Well a morning or so back I squeezed the last drop of my sensitive skin cream out.

So I hopped the Amazon app to buy some more Neutrogena.

I thought I was seeing things when I saw the price of $223.89. But that is for 3 tubes, so that is like $75 per tube. Cremo is about $8.00. I look at all the different buying options and all were about the same.

But I did fine a single tube so I wouldn’t need to keep so much on hand. But that’s $123.00 per tube.

All I can figure is that company is finding a way to slip it into peoples bathrooms, get you hooked, then charge anything they want to. I’ve heard about drug dealers giving kids drugs for free or at least not more than their lunch money, get them hooked and then they have a customer for life.

Could this be something the Mexican Drug Cartels are behind? Sure seems like it.

BTW: did you realize I may have skated out on thin ice when writing the above. I said some as dastardly as “Master Bath”. We don’t use that term any longer. I learn this while passing through the living room the other day when my wife was watching one of these Chip & Joanna type shows. They kept saying Primary Bath and Primary Bedroom. Is said “What’s all this Primary Crap Talk”. She explained it, but just to be sure she knew what she was talking about I asked Ai.

This is one more reason I don’t trust Big Pharma. That stuff is made by Johnson & Johnson.
