Something funny happened one time a few years ago when my son, Mike, his wife Katherine and I took a trip the NYC. We had been out sight seeing and our hotel was right at in the middle of Times Square.

As we headed back to the hotel in a huge throng of people, as is usual, we started across a crosswalk just bumper to bumper with other tourists.

A woman was right beside me, with the man, mostly likely her husband, a step ahead of us. He reached back for the lady’s hand, I guess as to not get separated. She and I glanced at each other, I nodded and winked, then took the guys hand and he lead me the rest of the way across the street.

I can tell you he wasn’t nearly as amused as all the rest of us were that saw it all transpire.
